Beeline Kazakhstan

Beeline Kazakhstan is a mobile operator working through KaR-Tel LLP, with about 11.8 million mobile subscribers; the majority belongs to VEON, and in 2022–2024 Verny Capital was named as the other shareholder. It completed the purchase of OLX Kazakhstan on November 6, 2026.
