Astana, 5 November, . Notifications of the Digital Employment Service project on the Enbek.kz portal now also arrive through the national messenger Aitu, the portal said.
The project runs on the unified digital employment platform, the “Electronic Labour Exchange”, in Pavlodar and Mangystau regions. It is aimed at proactive support of people in finding jobs using digital technologies and artificial intelligence. Participants get personalised job matching based on education, experience, skills and preferences, recommendations on training and employment support measures, and an AI assistant that advises on employment questions.
The Aitu messenger has become an additional channel: messages about employment assistance now also go there. The official Enbek account has been verified and given a mark in its profile, which helps users make sure the messages come from Enbek and not from pages with similar names.
What it means: The new communication channel has been given to participants of the project in two regions, Pavlodar and Mangystau, not to all users of the portal. How many people take part in the project is not stated.
Who benefits: According to the portal, people looking for work: they receive messages in a familiar messenger and can tell the official account from fakes by the verification mark.
Background: Account verification is the messenger’s confirmation that a page belongs to the stated organisation; it is shown with a badge in the profile. Proactive support is when the service itself offers vacancies, training and support measures rather than waiting for the person to ask.
